The Department of Industry, Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Employment (MoICE) is pleased to announce that Center for Transformation & Innovation (CTI) will launch the Bhutan Business Growth Accelerator (BBA): a 12-month business development program designed to help established Bhutanese companies grow sustainably, competitively, and globally.

About the Program

The Accelerator integrates policy support, industry leadership, and global expertise to enable Bhutanese companies to achieve transformational growth — whether incremental or exponential. It is a cohort-based learning experience combining structured development with hands-on application, run over 12 months for a cohort of 10–15 companies.

• Monthly workshops and masterclasses aligned with the Business and Innovation cycle

• Individual mentoring from experienced business professionals, including CEOs and CFOs

• Group and peer coaching sessions, with ongoing coaching between scheduled sessions

• Peer learning and benchmarking opportunities, locally and globally

• Applied innovation and growth projects, culminating in a customized Strategic Growth Blueprint

• Guest speakers from national and international organizations
